Transfer Petitions 

Below is the transfer petition request form for Electrical and Computer Engineering Courses. If you need to request transfer evaluation for a class in a different department, you need to go to that department’s specific evaluation form:

Enter uNID as 8 digits with a zero replacing the 'u' (e.g., 00123456)
We will use this email address to notify you of the outcome of your petition. Please check it regularly. We can ONLY email this response to your Utah email address.
Upload a copy of the U of U list of accepted transfer classes which you received when you were admitted.

Courses

1. For articulated classes, list the classes you expect us to count.
2. For classes that are not articulated:
  • a. List below the technical transfer classes which you expect us to count. List the equivalent U of U classes. Attach a course description for each transfer class.
  • b. For international schools, attach a copy of your transcript in English. Include official translations of course descriptions from non-US institutions.
